Beach, includes a 14,000 square feet 2 level house on with a
barn. The owner is a violinist. He wanted his living
room to be like a theater, and it was 40 feet x 30 feet, 20 feet high with a
balcony, theater lighting remote controlled, a fluorescent indirect lighting
system, and monumental chandeliers and fans. The whole
house needed some 90 switches, 150 light fixtures, three sub panels (one for the
horse barn), and exterior lighting for the horse trail and around the
house.
This horse trail exterior lighting used 34 poles lights scattered on 3
acres.
It took several months to do the electrical job with a team of 5
electricians.

This old house with character needed a lot of electrical care. The owner, who was a photographer, wanted a very bright exterior lighting system with 300 watts mercury vapor light fixtures all around. When the system was finished, there was almost no dark corner at night.
